Context and objective of the role
To support digital transformation and business growth, we are seeking a cross-functional professional with digital skills, strategic vision and a focus on revenue growth, who will report directly to the Board and Management, with a cluster-wide role spanning both organisations.
The position is designed for a candidate capable of guiding the organisations through processes of innovation, digitalisation and the maximisation of business opportunities, whilst remaining consistent with the luxury and lifestyle positioning.
Role summary
The Digital & Innovation / Business Development Specialist contributes to the development and coordination of digital transformation, innovation and business growth initiatives, with a particular focus on online conversion, digital upselling, service merchandising and improving the guest experience, including through the use of AI-based solutions.
The role involves constant interaction with internal teams (Management, Sales & Marketing, Revenue, Operations) and with external partners and suppliers.
Areas of responsibility
- Supporting digital and innovation initiatives
- Contributing to business development and the identification of new revenue opportunities
- Monitoring the performance of digital channels and optimising direct channels.
- Collaborating on the development of upselling, cross-selling and digital merchandising strategies.
- Participation in cross-functional projects and strategic digital transformation initiatives.
Key Skills
- Digital and innovation applied to the hospitality sector.
- Interest in and familiarity with AI-driven solutions.
- Business development and a growth-oriented approach.
- Online conversion and optimisation of digital channels.
- Upselling, merchandising and the development of value-added services.
- Ability to analyse and interpret key business KPIs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years’ experience in digital and business development,
- Good knowledge of the hospitality sector, preferably luxury or lifestyle.
- Excellent command of English (other languages are an advantage).
- Analytical skills, strategic vision and a collaborative approach.
Place of work
Milan – City Centre (Duomo / Montenapoleone). Possibility of working remotely.

We are looking for a Guest Experience Agent to join our Front Office team on an internship basis.
Working alongside the Guest Experience Manager and the rest of the team, the successful candidate will assist with the following tasks:
- Welcoming and assisting guests on arrival and throughout their stay, ensuring impeccable and warm service in line with the property’s luxury standards.
- Handling and fulfilling guest requests such as restaurant bookings, transfers, event ticketing, shopping experiences and tourist information.
- Collaborating actively and seamlessly with other departments to ensure a smooth service.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the city of Milan, including trends, exhibitions, culinary innovations and events, to offer tailored and personalised recommendations.
- Assist with the management of correspondence, messages and errands for guests.
- Use hospitality-specific management software to record requests and daily activities.
- Other duties as required by the role.
Ideal Profile:
The ideal candidate is someone with training in the tourism or hospitality sector, possessing a natural aptitude for interpersonal relations and keen to take their first steps in the world of luxury hospitality.
The profile is rounded off by:
- Impeccable professional conduct, excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- A strong customer focus, empathy and a natural aptitude for teamwork.
- The ability to handle requests proactively, flexibly and with problem-solving skills, even in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent command of Italian and English; knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage.
- Curiosity and a passion for the world of luxury, culture and trends in the city of Milan.
- Previous similar experience, even brief, is an advantage.

The company is unable to provide accommodation.
We offer:
A 6-month curricular or extracurricular work placement.
For the extracurricular placement, an expense allowance of 500 euros per month is provided.
In both cases, meal vouchers worth 9 euros are provided for each day worked.

We are looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Milan.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills, a keen passion for hospitality and the events industry, excellent conduct and proven experience in the catering and hospitality sector
- Proven training and experience as a chef de rang or front-of-house staff member
- Previous experience at Street Bar or venues with high customer turnover is preferred
- Attention to detail, the ability to work well as part of a team and a drive to deliver a high standard of service are essential
- The role requires qualities such as reliability, flexibility, courtesy, good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays (5 shifts per week)
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English is essential; knowledge of other languages is considered a plus
We offer:
A full-time employment contract, working shifts 5 days a week (no split shifts).
Initial fixed-term contract with the possibility of a permanent role.
Annual salary: 22,000–24,000
Place of work: Milan city centre, MM Duomo station.
