Context and objective of the role
To support digital transformation and business growth, we are seeking a cross-functional professional with digital skills, strategic vision and a focus on revenue growth, who will report directly to the Board and Management, with a cluster-wide role spanning both organisations.
The position is designed for a candidate capable of guiding the organisations through processes of innovation, digitalisation and the maximisation of business opportunities, whilst remaining consistent with the luxury and lifestyle positioning.
Role summary
The Digital & Innovation / Business Development Specialist contributes to the development and coordination of digital transformation, innovation and business growth initiatives, with a particular focus on online conversion, digital upselling, service merchandising and improving the guest experience, including through the use of AI-based solutions.
The role involves constant interaction with internal teams (Management, Sales & Marketing, Revenue, Operations) and with external partners and suppliers.
Areas of responsibility
- Supporting digital and innovation initiatives
- Contributing to business development and the identification of new revenue opportunities
- Monitoring the performance of digital channels and optimising direct channels.
- Collaborating on the development of upselling, cross-selling and digital merchandising strategies.
- Participation in cross-functional projects and strategic digital transformation initiatives.
Key Skills
- Digital and innovation applied to the hospitality sector.
- Interest in and familiarity with AI-driven solutions.
- Business development and a growth-oriented approach.
- Online conversion and optimisation of digital channels.
- Upselling, merchandising and the development of value-added services.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years’ experience in digital and business development,
- Good knowledge of the hospitality sector, preferably luxury or lifestyle.
- Excellent command of English (other languages are an advantage).
- Analytical skills, strategic vision and a collaborative approach.

Milan – City Centre (Duomo / Montenapoleone). Possibility of working remotely.

We are looking for a candidate to join us on an internship in the Warehouse and Procurement Department.
Requirements:
Motivation, attention to detail, analytical skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
Knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel, is required.
Excellent knowledge of Italian and a basic knowledge of English are required.
Any experience, however brief, in this role is considered an advantage.
The main duties involved are:
- Receiving goods
- Recording supplier invoices
- Assisting with the delivery of products to departments and using internal tracking systems
- Entering journal entries
- Preparing management control reports
- Assisting with the management of outstanding customer accounts
- Managing the loading and unloading of warehouse products via the IT system (SYSDAT)
- Checking transport documents and supplier invoices
- Other duties associated with the role
The internship programme (curricular or extracurricular) lasts for 6 months.
For curricular placements, meal vouchers worth €9 are provided for each day worked; for extracurricular placements, an expense allowance of €500 per month is provided, plus meal vouchers worth €9 for each day worked.

We are looking for a candidate to join us on an internship in the Sales & Marketing department, which operates as a single unit across both properties.
Duties:
- Using the hotel management system to update both rate profiles and sales activities.
- Compiling RFPs and preparing contracts relating to accounts and tour operators.
- Assisting with office tasks (managing DOSM and DOS appointment diaries, handling telephone calls, follow-ups, etc.).
- Entering contact details and updating CRM databases.
- Supporting customer follow-up and recall activities, email correspondence, and drafting quotations and contracts.
- Updating hotel photographs and information on OTA websites and in sector-specific publications.
- Supporting the manager in representing the hotel at trade fairs and industry events.
- Filing and reporting tasks.
- Other duties as required by the role.
Hard Skills:
- The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Tourism Economics, Tourism Studies or Tourism Systems Design and Management.
- Excellent proficiency in using the Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent command of Italian and a good command of English are essential.
Soft Skills:
- A serious and reliable individual; proactive, meticulous and detail-oriented, keen to gain experience in a dynamic environment.
- We are looking for a discreet individual with strong determination and a desire for professional development in a stimulating environment.
- Possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proactive approach.

We are looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Milan.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills, a keen passion for hospitality and the events industry, excellent conduct and proven experience in the catering and hospitality sector
- Proven training and experience as a chef de rang or front-of-house staff member
- Previous experience at Street Bar or venues with high customer turnover is preferred
- Attention to detail, the ability to work well as part of a team and a drive to deliver a high standard of service are essential
- The role requires qualities such as reliability, flexibility, courtesy, good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays (5 shifts per week)
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English is essential; knowledge of other languages is considered a plus
We offer:
A full-time employment contract, working shifts 5 days a week (no split shifts).
Initial fixed-term contract with the possibility of a permanent role.
Annual salary: 22,000–24,000
