The exhibition reveals to the world the friendship between Coco Chanel and Marion Pike, painter and portraitist of celebrities, telling a new dimension of French fashion designer. Hence the meaning of the title, that is the revelation of Chanel’s most intimate and authentic naturel. Of the 13 portraits of Coco Chanel made by Marion Pike, five are present, among which the monumental Chanel – Big Head in 1967 and Chanel in her Atelier (Studio), of the same year.
