The restaurant, like the events room, are both the natural extension of the hotel public area.
De Cotiis uses the basic material of the building here, too; cement for the walls and flooring, panels of burnished brass and iron for the walls.
The two large canvases in the restaurant, exclusive decorative features created by the architect in coloured plaster, go with the clever use of lighting, to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Traditional Italian dishes, like “riso al salto” and inter- national ones like the ubiquitous club sandwich, are sometimes mixed together, like tandoori chicken bites with basmati rice, for instance. The menu is scrupulously selected and features particularly seasonal dishes.
Service is speedy but careful, perfect for a business lunch but also for a social meal, in a minimally elegant but pleasantly informal atmosphere.
In the evening and in the week ends the restaurant is available for private hire for lunches, cocktails or private dinners.
